One charges high prices for bespoke dining, the other attempts to use supply chains to get the cheapest possible prices for broad distribution. So yes, McDonalds is "better" than say Taco Bell because they're in the same business and they're more widespread.
WWE and AEW are not trying to make bespoke wrestling experiences where every fan pays thousands per head. They are both broad entertainment attempting to have a conveyor belt of stories (which is wrestling's greatest asset as an entertainment product).
And WWE is better at being a broad entertainment product than AEW is, as you can tell by their relative popularity
