Apparently it goes back to Collision when Rosa beat Penelope and was supposed to get a post match beat down by Bayne but Rosa wouldn't take the beat down from Bayne unless it was a joint attack by Penelope and Bayne (didn't wanna put Bayne over, it had to take two women to keep her down)
