>>17080167Except Rock pinned Cody last year and the entire basis of this storyline in the aftermath of WM40 was the significance of that pinfall over the reigning champion. Now that we know the Rock gasses out in 90 seconds and might have several forms of roid-disease that could kill him with too much physical exertion, he's basically Paul Heyman. Vince had the sense to get in the ring, work heel, and get wrecked in a PPV match by the babyface whenever he would feature himself prominently as his evil boss character. The WWE needs to recognize how much of a colossal failure this over-written Mephistophelean storyline will be if the Rock doesn't wrestle. Even a 40 second squash would be better, regardless of who goes over, than having a limpdick payoff after two months of mic work about Illuminati magic potentially pumping up Cody's Q score. I can see them having Cena win the Chamber and then serve as the "good angel" in the war for Cody's soul, which would suck but at least wouldn't completely render the Chamber winner an afterthought in this mess. Not lookin' good right now.
