Strowman is huge and Cena is extremely strong, both could just throw Phil across the room. Reigns is pretty weak despite his size though so Phil has a chance there, but then again Reigns was also a former football player so I expect him to be a little too sturdy for Phil to handle.
The only guys I see Phil beat are obvious soft guys like Seff, Ricochet, Bucks, Perry etc.
