Netflix is paying 5 billion for 10 years, or about 500M per year.

The average MCU movie cost 190M to make (including the marketing budgeting), and most shows on Netflix take a small fraction of that. Even if you account for shows not being year wide, Cobra Kai doing much better on what appears to be a much smaller budget. According to economic times (https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/international/us/cobra-kai-season-6-see-production-details-release-window-storyline-insights-cast-and-more/articleshow/102953495.cms?from=mdr) Cobra Kai costs 2 to 3 million an episode. Taking the higher range of that, considering WWE has 2 shows a week, and a 'ple' monthly, thats something like 116 events a year. Now some events will do much better (Wrestlemania), but considering how much better weekly shows like Cobra Kai are doing, even if we scaled the volume of episodes for those high yield shows, they would only cost netflix roughly 348 million.

The bad of that fact is that....well that simply doesn't look good for WWE. On the flip side, the difference between 350M and 500M is not a massive factor, and maybe things look better for WWE in the details. Maybe they are driving subs or helping keep them, but I still feel like this is not the feather in the cap that WWE would have wanted, and maybe more concerning is what the numbers will look like in 6 months.
