the only title reign that he's managed to book as mild a success (not even like a legendary run, just passable) is cody with the WWE belt. every other championship reign he has been responsible for has been bad.

HHH does not want any of the young guys holding gold. so imagine him getting the belt against what HHH wants, something that doesn't interest him. it would be a nightmare. imagine bron's already bad reign but worse.
