I don't know if I'd say it has fully passed me by, but around 2015 or so I realized there wasn't really anyone that I felt like a proper mark for anymore. Like the majority of my favorite wrestlers had come and gone. Not to say I don't enjoy anyone since then but it's not the same feeling

Bullshit. Wrestling today is an obviously cooperative, choreographed gymnastics routine. And wrestlers like The Dwayne literally speak openly about "acting" their "part" in active storylines, on social media and in press conferences. It's nothing like it used to be. It's just a tumbling exhibition with shitty stories now.

I rewatched summerslam 2004 and the Toronto crowd booed the shit out of everything. People are way too cheery and clappy nowadays no real heat. No more bullshit or shut the fuck up chants. Roman from 2015-18 was the last guy to really get that treatment.
The singing along shit like with Seth is annoying and ultra gay.
