The problem with unions in wrestling is that the top guys of the company already have loaded contracts with every benefit you can imagine. The ones that wrestlers that would benefit most from a union are the expendable ones (Like Zelina Vega). Unions can only happen if workers become un-expendable usually in numbers. If you want better worker's rights, your better off hoping that the Kevin Kelly/AEW lawsuit goes in Kelly's favor. Which would force AEW to either loosen up on their contract's restrictions or make every wrestler an employee. Employees are required by law for certain benefits.
