Stories take too long to play out and usually don't go anywhere. You can see how big of a shift Punk Era Collision was. People complained about seeing the same people too often. Well, Tony is the opposite. He'll show his wrestlers too little. Where are the Anthony Bowens singles matches? Where the Gunns? Why are we watching 20 minute workrate match with a jobber?
Max is a star, and he's way better outside the WWE scripted promo machine. He can either stick with Tony and get buried while having creative freedom, or he can become a more boring version of himself in WWE, draw money and work boring boiler plate programs in between coconut community theater.
