Jesse Ventura dressed like a fag and he was kino, the girly getup was juxtaposed by the fact that he was built like a greek god and at the same time he was and still probably is one of the best on the mic and just generally presenting his gimmick of this cocky flamboyant californian roidhead.
On the other hand, Seff is just a guy who looks like someone's middle aged dad who maybe goes to the gym twice a week, his promos suck and he just talks like a somewhat pissed off guy, he has no gimmick except for the fact that he wears flamboyant clothing.. it's all a shame, really, because he's got the grounds for something cool, but he never got a clue.
