Ricky Starks calling out Cope's bug eyes was going off script, but not going into business for himself, because he was already a heel heeling it up. Ad libbing isn't going into business for yourself. Hangman going off script specifically to shit on Punk completely outside of the bounds of what had been discussed and prepared ahead of time, was going into business for himself.
