>>17172730She's both scrawny and a little fluffy. She lost a lot of muscle mass while she was out and following powerlifting/hypertrophy with more labor/training fucking HURTS. Even if you grind through it, it's hard to be explosive. Ever ran sprints after doing 8x3 Deadlifts and 5x8 front squats? Not fun. But that's what she needs to tighten back up.
Wouldn't surprise me if she had several intervals of being on TV a couple weeks, then off for 3-4 weeks, until she's back where she was in 2023.
