Disagree. Aslong as they used a similar mechanic and not some shitty arcadey style one like with Legends Of Wrestlemania people would definitely buy it.
As someone who exclusively uses legends, I can firmly say that we get shafted each and every year.

Friendly reminder that they finally signed Demolition to a Legends contract, and still didn’t put them in yet, even as DLC. And how in the absolute fuck do you put Paul Ellering in as a manager, but not get WWE to sign the Legion of Doom/Road Warriors to Legends deal? How have they not signed Tully and Arn, after having them on TV a few times over the past year? Some of the people that are continually missing is just fucking ridiculous at this point.

Arn Anderson was in 2k18 I think? Tully has never been included though, although there usually are decent CAW's of him around.
I had no idea that Demolition had been signed to a legends contract. Omitting them is absolutely scandalous.
