Fair skin, large eyes and petite cheek bones are the main characteristics of those for women. Having large eyelids is, in Korean lore, because peasants look at the sun too much and apparently if you look at the sun too much and get too tanned it becomes a genetically heritable trait. There is also some kind of unspoken thing where if one woman in a family gets eyelid surgery she pressures the rest of them to get it done and will similarly push it on her children. I think they think it's like a reversal of the peasants looking at the sun thing and eventually they will just be less squinty on a genetic level.
These are people who legitimately believe you risk death falling asleep with a fan running in a room because it will push out all the oxygen so you have to grade this superstitious shit on a scale.
