I remember this. Brock won and everyone was surprised. Then it was followed by months of rematches, and ended at Summerslam with Braun distracting Brock, letting Roman finally win. The weird thing about the Brock vs. Roman feud is that it's always been ruined by the presumption that it was to coronate Roman, but I don't think Roman has ever actually beaten Brock clean in a 1v1.

To clarify, I hated most of it when it happened but I respect the madness some of the intensions and great things like the Summerslam match and doing the job to Drew - great attempt in getting Drew over. There's some method to the madness but it also mean CRUSHING FUCKING EVERYONE but his favorite sons and still having him job to Bobbo everytime in a 3 year span.
