If you watch in slow-motion, it's much more obviously fake. He stands their inaudibly talking shit without looking mad or even energized at talking to Paul in person. What's most obvious is that he doesn't even flinch when Paul grabs his shirt by the neck. Almost everyone is going to have a reaction if you're talking shit to someone and then grab you near the neck. Instead, he keeps his arms away and lets Paul rip the shirt off. It's only a bit afterwards that he starts acting surprised by it. If anything he was getting into the "What was that for, bro?" pose while the shirt was still being ripped off.
