>>17242446That just seems retarded. It would just make more sense if WWE bought the companies outright and said "Hey these are indies we own now, join here if you want to get started" or whatever. Then again, corporate backed "indies" are inherently contradictory and don't make them indie, so you lose either way. And then the owned former indies now have to deal with big league politics and would probably have some two bit wannabe ass kissing producers trying to book matches and get their favorite nepo fuckbuddy over or just fuck the talent for better booking.
Which... again, the whole idea is VERY fucking stupid, because what exactly is LFG for? It's basically Tough Enough 2 (or 3?) which is supposed to be what existed before NXT, but now NXT exists so LFG shouldn't be a thing in the first place, but now you have Evolve, which is another NXT developmental place, so... jesus, this hurts my head thinking about it.
ANYWAY. Point being is that you are quite literally better off just going to an actual indie and perfecting your craft there as WWE's main roster is too bloated right now and only a handful are getting pushed. Even ones who should be pushed like Karrion Kross are only getting agonizingly small SECONDS of TV time. Give it a year or two, then hop in somewhere. I dunno.
