Whats the best way to watch 60s-80s territory era wrestling? Which promotions should I watch? Which fueds should I pay attention to and which ones should I skip?

you can probably find a bunch of stuff on youtube or dailymotion. as for promotions, portland is pretty slept on but worth checking out for roddy piper's feuds with the guerreros and buddy rose, piper got tons of heat. midsouth for jim duggan and ted dibiase, awa had an unfair rep as "boring" for a long time but you gotta see nick bockwinkel and curt hennig, bock and hogan, billy robinson and verne gagne, plus watch some jerry blackwell including his face turn (huge beatdown/brawl, the whole thing was on yt last time i checked).

Also you need to keep in mind the television back then was mostly done to promote live events. It's not the model you're probably used to. Sometimes they'll show clips of the matches, but don't expect frequent star vs star matches or anything.

In my humble but expert opinion 80s wrestling is ranked jcp>mid south>memphis>wwf>wccw>awa. That said they are all still worth watching.
If you don’t have an xwt classic account registration is probably open and if you’ve been banned you can use a temporary email and a vpn to create a new account. The ip check is only for creating an account you will not need to use the same ip when logging back in or downloading.
On xwt classic there will be free leech torrents of all territory television from I think 1984, there is a history of all Japan which dips back into the 50s and will feature many American talent, and their will be the all important mid south redub. You might even find some of the dvdvr sets still available.
Unfortunately most American wrestling from before the 80s just isn’t available. So much of what was reserved was because of fans and their vcrs.
Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of complete wrestling from before the vcr era. You can find this and that on YouTube.
If you’re willing to spend money there are two websites I use and an email I know you could reach out to. But I believe providing those would be a violation of site rules and I wouldn’t want the muck on this site harassing these great providers.

mid south was boring. i got wwe's mid south blu ray and it did not live up to all the hype of being the best 80s wrestling. i much prefer wwf and awa over mid south but of course JCP is far and away the best

Good recommendations. Although I would argue that WWF got a lot better by the time we had the Saturday Night Main Event run starting in 1985. Although not a weekly show by any means, SNME is more exciting to watch than anything not from JCP in that era. Plus WWF did have some good PPVs and MSG events especially by the late 80s. WWF was very hit or miss before 85 though, despite having some solid feuds like Slaughter vs Iron Sheik. Also, JCP technically becomes WCW by late 1988, so all of 1989 was under the WCW brand even though the style was still closely tied to JCP. But for weekly television, World Championship Wrestling after being bought by JCP (starting in spring of 1985) can't be beat.

There's a bunch of shit on Tubi and Prime. If you're looking for old timers search for them by their name not by the promotion and you'll find tons of "Best of Wrestler X" videos.
