When someone starts bogging themselves so young, they are INSANELY vain, and insanely insecure, and are not going to stop anytime soon. This is quite literally what happened to Charles, the only difference is that Tiffany was more attractive than Chuck to begin with who was always kind of mannish and "female basketball player" looking. But Tiffany is not some hot goddess either, she's a total plank body and I find her gross and offputting.
