This is legit the worst decision in the history of wrestling that I can think of.
There was a time where the original Sheik killed his own territory for decades after refusing to job to Andre that's usually considered the worst ever. But in terms of revenue, Punk would have made Tony tens of millions. They could have seriously had a real go at WWE with the roster they had.
He blew it all up for Jack Perry. It's insane to consider.
