American companies will not change their global operations to comply with the shithole UK, a country with less people than the East Coast DC-NYC corridor of the US. They will either just not operate there, or the UK will get a neutered version of the site and be blocked from viewing non-UK pages.
All of this already happened in Australia where there is no free speech, multiple mainstream movies get banned every year, and strippers with under B-Cup breasts are considered facilitators of illegal pornography because they "look" underage. And despite all of this, Australians still shit up this site with their trolling and shitposting that is straight up illegal in their country. Nothing will change.
