Die Rocky Die was prominently featured by a guy in a wig, sunglasses and a goatee it’s 100% a plant and they had the Heel promo in the pipeline already. That’s why there’s only 1 person with a Rocky sign in the crowd no one cared. The whole heel turn was unorganic but they got it over. ECW was WWE’s proving ground basically and they already did something similar with the Cane Dewey sign/promo.
