But yes 90s NJPW obviously drew more, it's undeniable. But there is much less footage available both on youtube and webm form as a result, because TV Asahi are basically Nazis about copystriking it all.
Thus, 90s NJPW doesn't have the same influence today that it should because it is not easily accessible.
Compare that to King's Road, where you can watch every single match on Youtube from AJPW or NOAH's height instantly with no effort
