>>17285711I am an American, born and raised in a rural ranching area. The absolute best hamburger I ever had was just outside the gates of Osan Airbase in Korea. It was at a little bar/restaurant owned by some one eyed Russian woman in the mid 00s. I walked in to her bar, asked to see the menu, and she said they didn't have one and they she served burgers, Salisbury steaks, and meatballs in sauce. Then when I ordered a burger she made it in front of me by grinding up pork and beef, fat and meat, and butter, and then added in bread crumbs, herbs, and made a sauce out of the fat that cooked off to make a sauce from soju.
If she was a Russian spy I would have betrayed every secret I knew about America if she would marry me and cook those burgers for me at least once a week. That isn't an exaggeration, she was worth it.
