I didn't believe them but yeah, Abyss was fucking awesome in ROH when he got to throw guys like Austin Aries and Matt Sydal around.
Ricochet in AEW is a lot like that. Ricochet really fucking sucked in WWE, I agree. But he's a good heel in AEW. Instead of "Go away" heat or "How fun, I'm playing along!" heat, he gets "You still suck" heat which is my favorite heat for someone really good at flipping.
