Because only joshitards watch that shit so they just spam the ratings as high as possible. Since literally no one casually watches joshi stuff there's no dissenting opinions to level it out like you'd get with WWE or AEW etc. You pretty much have to just disregard any joshi rating on there because it's a completely unchecked biased circle jerk

It's true though. It's not just TJPW. It's Stardom. It's Sareee's public masturbation shows. All of it. It's a niche of a niche of a niche. Don't get me wrong a lot of it's based. Everyone else has been ripping off the joshi girls forever now. There's so much great wrestling happening within those promotions. But not every single match is a 9 or 10 out of 10. And when that's what the schizos who vote on there label them as it's a complete disservice to anyone looking to take those ratings seriously
