Cassie's post-WWE interviews felt like police interrogations in that, every single time she would retell the story of what lead up to being fired, something new would pop up in the story. Like a detail she left out the first time she told it.
Eventually it turned out that she told Vince she wanted a singles run and that's why the IIconics were broken up. Then when Vince asked her to tell him about herself so they can brainstorm ideas for her singles run she was like "Well I'm pretty boring lol." Finally, there was that awful promo she cut live on air that sealed her fate.
TNA gave them a chance and pushed them to the moon only for Cassie to announce she was pregnant and that the IIconics are officially retired. Poor Billie just went along with it because she's a huge pushover.
People are so quick to blame Vince, but it was 100% Cassie's fault.
