The two no contests were originally wins that were overturned after the fact because he tested positive for weed of all fucking things. As if that would actually give you an advantage in a shoot fight and not the other way around.

I used to watch WWE when I was younger, around 2006-2011.At that time triple h and SM were in degensrtion x and cm punk had made their debut.Sc punk looked very stiff back then and lacked any physicality. I know that many WWE athletes come from semi-professional American football and such things.But punk doesn't have that physique so I thought maybe he had a traditional wrestling base But you don't see that either.What kind of athletic training did cm punk have before entering WWE?
