The other 2 are relatively young and will be around for many more years. Punk has legitimately a few years left before he has to retire for good. It makes sense to keep him strong as much as possible to squeeze out every dime possible.

Why? What would that do for anyone? You can't do Punk vs Seth again after that and Punk vs Roman would have no heat since they're both losers.

Punk or Roman is winning by pinning Seth's corpse, and the other will take umbrage with the winner. That's what my instincts tell me.

Seth wins to earn Heyman's managerial contract. We still have Seth/Punk blow off as well as Seth/Roman to settle things. Roman and Punk will end up feuding after WM. Meanwhile Seth dresses Heyman up in silly outfits and makes him do his dance. Punk vs Seth happens later on and Punk wins and frees Heyman. Roman returns to get his wise man back and finally go for the title again, Heyman refuses and goes with Punk citing that Roman is too busy with himself to care about his wise man.
