I day trade for a living, so I am sitting at my computer for 16 hours a day. Watching shit lines go up and down on my screener, so I watch a lot of wrestling, listen to podcasts, and drink screwtop vodka to deal with the boredom.

WWE is watchable if you tape it, skip the commercials entrances and sing alongs, and skip the turbo dimeless stuff it turns out to be manageable
most everything else I go PPV only, I stopped watching Dynamite a year ago

I started to watch again WWE but I fast forward all the entrances, promos, backstage stuff, video packages and just watch the matches, that way I can tolerate it somehow

I only watch the clips on YouTube for weekly shows. If it's a good episode I might go on watch wrestling to see it. I watch PPVs after they're done and skip the matches I don't care about.

Only watch notable clips of television on YouTube and PPVs / PLEs.
I've made sure to keep up with kitto's title defenses this year by just downloading the shows after the fact and skipping everything else.
