There's a bigger stage for her to do her thing on. Even if she starts in NXT that's a hotbed for women's signings at the moment. Her, Giulia (who she has history with), Vaquer, and Jordynne Grace could be another big set of matchups
The better question is what's left for her to do in AEW? She did the babyface thing. She did the heel thing. She won the world title at their biggest show in front of her hometown crowd. She had that untouchable story with Toni and, even personal feelings on Dave stars aside, she had the first 5 star women's match outside of Japan ever. All she can do is less. Even if she were to beat Mercedes for the TBS title it's still just the midcard belt. Even if they were to start tag titles and she won them with Mina, she already won tag belts with Mina in Stardom. There are some people she never wrestled like Statlander but even that's a short list and not anything that'd keep someone around
The reasons for her to go to WWE far outweigh any to stay in AEW
