"Anonymous" pre-Scientology raid was just loosely organized raids on /b/. moot strengthened moderation and banned raids so those guys moved to 7chan. 7chan went down so they went to 420chan. Then 420chan went down so they went to 711chan, which is where that particular raid was arranged.
Kirtaner's only involvement was hosting 420chan. Part of why he's in legal trouble is he can't just run a wrestling forum. He has to try and weasel his way into and take credit for every nefarious sekrit hacker club thing that happens within 10 feet of him.
