Only good thing I can say about RR is his decision (no doubt asked of him by Heyman, not his mark boss, Vince, who probably wished for it to flop before crowds were allowed back in) to turn heel might've saved WWF from the shitshow it'd been for over (at least) 2 yrs, not counting Stone Cold Bex. The last thing ppl really remember before COVID was Seff Tarpins & that shitty HIAC; WM might as well never happened. Reigns coming back as a heel caught fans' attn & was decent until they started the Reignswinsbyinterferencelol meme. Sami was the best thing about that program.

We would've gotten an early finish to the RR/Cody feud if Vince hadn't had a chance at a final fuck y'all at 39 but then RR stayed away for a yr, thank God. I'm sure they'll slip him into a title program before next yr but who? From the house shows in Europe, looks like WALTER might (hopefully) retain over the fake negro (or get it back sooner than later) and have a program w/Punk for the belt by time for SSlam. I wouldn't be surprised if Cody gets 'hurt' and RR is the one to beat Cena to set up that fucking Rocky WM 42 match. But I'm just fantasy booking.

I'm a TrumpGod, but I have to agree that 2017-2019 was really, really bad. I stopped watching around 2016 when Brock held onto the title for longer than necessary, and for no reason at all, putting on boring matches that put me to sleep, but around 2017 is when I stopped completely. WWE got completely unwatchable around that time and the only highlights of the Covid era was the Cena vs Bray match.

Roman going heel basically saved the WWE.
