>>17450616Combination of things. The part of the brain that signals the sensation of fullness is all fucked up, so they will literally sit there and eat until they vomit if it is something they like. They also have a fucky metabolism that is slower than normal. Like if you have ever shook hands with a downie you will notice their hand will feel colder than your hand. Then you factor in the socialization issue which means often times it is easier to keep them at home instead of tard wrangling in public. Spending so much time at home contribute creates a sedentary lifestyle which combined with the American diet is terrible.
On the other side of things you will occasionally get a downie like G-Money who is so hyperfocused on his fixation with MMA that he is in good shape. Not because he has any sort of training plan laid out that he constantly tweaks and adjusts, but because he loves rolling so much that his family basically uses an MMA gym as daycare for him. Last I checked he was spending six hours a day five days a week, for years just sparring with random people.
