It has been underwhelming because they did a good job building the Rumble and all the hype was gone thanks to Jey Uso. The contrived story between Cena, Cody and the rock didn't help.

Imo the only match that kind of has a good build is the Cody/Cena match and even then it's a bit confusing. Everything else has been a bit schizo. The Jade/Naomi match feels like it's the culmination to a Rumble Tier filler feud yet it's on the main card? Weird as fuck
