Muh long term booking and slow burn storytelling are excuses for lazy unimaginative shitters to do the bare minimum.

Vince Russo was the only one who ever got it right and they fucked that up when they added Smackdown. Storylines were can't miss every week. And more happened in 2 years of his writing than the last 5 in WWE with 4x as much TV time to tell it.
