>Stardom's Hime Yuria (26) is fighting with all her might, displaying the desperation of a newcomer and the shrewdness that comes from her entertainment experience. "I want to grab the chance to go out into the world and take on challenges," she says, burning with passion.
>In the summer of 2023, she passed the Stardom newcomer audition. In January of this year, she made her debut against Maika. Hime, who is from Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, aimed to become a model after graduating from high school. In the process, she applied for a beauty contest in a manga magazine, which led her to start working as a gravure idol. Around the same time, she became obsessed with Dragon Gate and developed a love for professional wrestling. She participated in track and field in junior high school, was the manager of the soccer club in high school, and tried kickboxing when she discovered her love for professional wrestling. There was a time when she was also working as an idol while working as a gravure idol.
>She was 24 years old when she passed the Stardom newcomer audition. "I wanted to try professional wrestling at least once. I told my parents that I would live as I pleased until I was 25, and I thought that if I missed the summer of my 24th year, I would never be able to do professional wrestling again." It was a big decision that put her life on the line. She had imagined that the training for her debut would be strict military style, but it was not. "I thought that they would not even care about me, but they taught me carefully from the beginning, which I was grateful for. I also had a lot of free time," she recalled.
