Cool and a vertical suplex was a mindblowing wrestling move that used to sell tickets. Things evolve and move on. It's why it's called cheap heat. Because it's easy. Just like a cheap pop is easy. Those kinds of tools are great on house shows or on the indies or back when you're talking about because fans would come see the show and that was it. There was no weekly narrative to follow. You went, you saw the show, you went home. Doing that kind of shit on weekly tv is completely different and comes off lazy when you have the ability to create extended narratives and stories
