So if you look at the baseline and not trying to create headliner out of him in your head without any basis on current day like it's still Rusev day: he's a good asset to have even if it amounts to nothing else than midcard faffing about in the next 4 years.
And also, I'm kinda hoping since they did the trouble of using the name Rusev that they'll team him up with Dragunov because Lord knows he needs some fucking help when he returns.
