It took league-wide bullying of the Khans and the Jaguars in February to get rid of arguably the worst general manager in the history of the NFL and the Jaguars have the worst record in American professional sports since the Khans bought the team. The only people who even like Shad are retarded Jacksonville residents that think he saved the team from moving when literally any owner would've taken the deal the city presented to secure their future.

Even more retarded is that they kept the Jags intentionally shitty for so long to provide pretext for a move to London, which is why the NFL voted to let Khan buy the team in the first place. Khan was in line to buy the Rams before they gave it to Kroenke instead, who subsequently provided his own pretext for a move to LA. And now the London move probably isn't even happening. The Khans fucking failed at failing.

I find it hilarious that people didn't connect the dots with the Jaguars being perpetual shit until the Rams moved to LA in 2016.
The very next off-season, the Jaguars would spend the most money in free agency in NFL history and go to the AFC Championship game. It was clear as day what they were doing and why the NFL is not even a subtle joke.

I don't even understand why they put an NFL team in jacksonville. they aren't that far from tampa and they are right next to UF in a part of the country that cares more about college football than the NFL. Khan absolutely does not want the team there. his house in florida is 5 and a half hours away by car and he tried to buy the Rams first, got denied because one of the minority owners bought it and then when he bought the jags he had to agree to keep them in jacksonville
