I just watched a bit of the music video
Yeah she looks good, is showing off the ass, and has a decent-enough singing voice
But the actual music video is basic as fuck (video looks cheap, like something that someone would pay for it to be on Worldstar), and the song is wack even by slow R&B standards
Nothing about the track is catchy or stands out production-wise. It sounds dated, like early 2000-ish when slow neo-soul tracks were common on black radio
Even her damn stage name is dated. Samantha "The Bomb"? Black people haven't referred to anything as being "the bomb" for like two decades now
Plus she's doing thot shit in a music video for a slow R&B style song, and it doesn't mix very well. It's like if someone overlayed a slow Jill Scott song over a Nicki Minaj music video
She might as well have done a faster-tempo Doja Cat type of track, if she wanted to thot it up for a music video
