His bumping and selling is fantastic, he has a natural himbo charisma that the audience. He's able to do insane shit in long matches, makes it look easy, while still showing how much effort he's putting in.
Frazer is really good in the ring, easily one of the best in WWE. But he lacks character and charisma. Not sure if it's a booking problem or a talent problem. WWE doesn't really want anyone to get over on their own natural ability. They want talent to get over with catchphrases, gimmicks, and brand recognition. Basically anything they can copyright and sell. Being good in the ring doesn't matter in WWE. Their matches aren't really to entertain the audience, it's more of a formality because they're a "wrestling" show. They've been trying to focus on everything but the actual wrestling for years now, and it's only getting worse.
Tldr; lack of charisma/character. Probably bad booking.
