Most guys got their workout from lifting each other in the ring.
Some would put an hour a day into a muscle group here or there.
For decades, that would do, despite this being a looks business.
Obviously the guys who put in more time looked better, but didn't necessarily get more over.
And if you're an athlete with an athlete's mindset, staying in shape is easy. If anything it's difficult to stop pushing your body to the breaking point. That's where all the ligament tears come from.

If someone ate a deficit, with a high protein diet, you could get shredded doing this job over time just from the matches themselves if you do enough of them, wrestling once a week in AEW isnt enough to even come close to over coming a bad diet. Plus her choice in men shows she makes bad choices anyway
