I mean no doubt some talent will make the jump, but CMLL has survived AAA raids before
Plus, how many CMLL wrestlers have moved to AEW since it started? None. Most Mexicans came from AAA or were already working on American promotions.
And those who work for AAA are there because they prefer the company's style (which is just WWE lite) or because they were ditched by CMLL and had no other option (if you leave, you stop existing for them).
CMLL can now say it's the largest 100% Mexican promotion in the country, and that carries a lot of weight over there, so they'll never lack wrestlers and fans.

Tony can selectively sign CMLL guys to a CMLL/AEW deal kinda like what Takeshita has with AEW/NJPW. That'd be the easiest way for the talent to get comparable pay to a WWE deal without having to leave CMLL.
