>>17623515It's just so stupid. You're a wrestling company, why would try to alienate the people who watch the world's biggest wrestling company? Why wouldn't the messaging be "Hey, you like WWE? Why don't you give us a try too?" AEW is still different from WWE, you could like one and not the other, but all this console warring has really hurt AEW. I associate the name AEW with really annoying people on twitter who insult people for liking Jey Uso. They're so bitter and nasty, and why would you want to join a fandom with these people? No other company has fans like this, not to this level. New Japan fans don't spend all day bitching about WWE.
