>>17633114the usual, weather, mechanical issues backing things up etc. but also it's mostly connecting flights only if you are going from anywhere past texas and usually there are only 2 flights a day to and from pdx depending on where you're going and as a result, i've ended up with a lot of nights in airports or comped hotel rooms. it's an international airport but it's Alaska airlines that has it as it's hub so that doesn't help anyone.
if you are an airport nerd, the interior got redone and reopened fully last year, it's nice.
