>>17636575If I recall correctly, Dusty was basically strong armed in to returning on screen because if he said no he knew it would affect Dustin and Cody. He was right, because as soon as Dusty did was Dusty does, they started burying Dustin and Cody.
Cody and Dustin have talked about it a few times in interviews and podcasts. He really didn't want to be on camera as he felt he was an old man and Cody had to talk him in to accepting so he could work with his dad on screen. He was really self conscious about his look despite looking somewhat okay for his age. He was just an old wrestler. He could still unironically talk better than anyone else in any segment he was in
