People who never had a memorable match in their entire lives are telling people how to wrestle. People who never had a decent promo in their entire careers are telling people how to talk.
The industry as a whole is fucked in this way, and virtually no one can become a real star unless they already came to the company as one or are a nepotism hire (or can siphon nostalgia some other way)
