It's in a dead spot between mania and mitb which are very big for WWE so I understand the lack of hype but the card's really weak and they haven't followed up any mania angles significantly well
Cena/Randy is just epic rivalry jerking for a new audience, the only thing that looks decent is the US 4 way and even that's 25% Priest.
