He's mid 30s and they put him in developmental. I don't know who gassed up Ricky Starks but you're supposed to leave AEW as SOMEBODY if you're going to jump ship, especially at that age.

Don't bother signing the mark contract if they tell you you're going straight to NXT

At least in AEW he stood out as a guy who can talk. If he didnt have an unwarranted ego he could have easily found a solid spot in the upper midcard, possibly where Kyle Fletcher or Ricochet are. Now he's competing with people younger than him trying to move up to the touring shows.
